Practice & Clinical Highlights

• Lifestyle Schedule: 4.5-day workweek with a dedicated half-day off every week.

• Low-Stress Scope (NO Inpatient Admissions): Zero C-section attendance, high-risk deliveries, or acute inpatient admissions. Pediatric inpatient care is 100% managed by dedicated hospitalist teams, with on-site neonatology coverage.
• Light Nursery Duties: Routine well-baby newborn rounding only across two local community hospitals (averaging just 2-3 babies per day).
• Call Coverage: Shared rotating call supported by a modern phone-triage system to minimize overnight interruptions.

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee.
