Elevate is seeking U.S. Trademark Attorney and/or experienced Trademark Agents for an immediate part-time opportunity supporting a corporate trademark program.
Type : Contract (W-2)
Location : Remote (within USA)
Duration : 1 month, with possibility of extension
Hours : 10 hours per week initially, with potential for additional work
Start Date : ASAP
Pay Rate : $75/hour, commensurate with experience
The majority of day-to-day work will be performed by an established trademark operations team. The selected attorneys or agents will provide legal review, guidance, quality control, and occasional participation in client calls.
